Dominion Arms 1911 and BATF Form 6

Has anyone manged to obtain a BATF Form 6 with a Dominion Arms 1911 on it? I ask, as importing Norinco into the USA isnt possible unless I'm mistaken.

no, Chinese crap isn't permitted into the US - no ifs and buts.

that being said - you might be able to get it in but if you get caught... well use your imagination :)
 
the US is LETTER of the law. Canada is SPIRIT of the law.

if it is not Norinco, they may just let it go. once it is on an approved Form6, the CBP guys cant do anything about it.

i have my dominion arms shotguns approved on my form6. i havent tried any pistols, because i dont have any dominion arms pistols.

i usually have 15-20 guns on my forms, and the ones they dont like or not approve just get blanked out. rest of the form is good.

Chinese shotguns were not banned in the US
