Dominion Arms 20 gauge frame size

Good day all, I have a 12½" barreled Dominion Arms 20 gauge in the mail on the way.

Will a standard Remington 870 12 gauge stock and forend fit this gun ?

I'd like to install a nice wood set with a decent recoil pad and throw out the plastic set.

There was an old Canada ammo thread about this shotgun … I think something was out of spec, but I can’t remember what. They were the importer.

From what I remember 870 12g stocks won’t fit on 20g guns to begin with, Mesa tactical makes a stock adapter that will allow you to use 12g buttstocks on 20g guns but your sol for the forends. 20g stocks may fit but if the 20g grizzly is the same as the 12g grizzly you’ll have to open up the inside of the forend hole as the action bar/forend tube is a #### hair bigger in diameter, chalk it up to China specs.

I know what I'm in for at least.
Now I need to source a 20 gauge 870 stock set.

I have put two different 12g 870 stocks on mine. I had thought the same about the 20ga receiver but mine is sitting in a 12g Knoxx stock right now...
