Dominion Arms Cougar kit??

Hey, Ive tried using the search on this forum to no avail. I remember a few months ago there was a post with someone selling a sort of upgrade kit for the Cougar semi-auto. Does anyone know which vendor that was selling it?

Also, if your reading this and Have a Cougar or have used one, how is it for an entry level semi-auto? decent purchase?
