Dominion arms grizzly question

Chinese manufacturers occasionally use metric thread ... for example, the 1911 has a different screw thread for its grips than American manufacturers. Some Grizzlies have a metal trigger guard and some have a polymer one ... there seems to be some differences from batch to batch.
If you have a friend with an actual 870, perhaps you could check, if your grizzly cap fits on the 870?

I did find a account of someone recieving a improperly stamped extension from s&j so was kind of hoping that was my case as well.
Unfortunately I do not have easy access to a 870 to check.

Just a quick update in case it is helpful.
I did aquire a rem 870 cap to confirm if my grizzly's tube was compatible.
It is not.
So depends on your grizzly I guess.
If anyone else has ran into this and happened to find a mag extension that worked for them let me know please.
Hopefully there are only the 2 different mag tube thread possibilities to contend with on these things.

No the answer is yes and no
Magazine end caps arw supper floppy and don't really require to be in spec.
When you put an extension on a shotgun you have to have somewhat tight threads. Or the tube will just come off.
Over the years wexhave seven all sorts of sizing on the Chinese guns.
So most of the time they fit. sometimes they don't.
