Dominion Arms M14

I've been looking at Norinkidinks and DomArms m14's/m1a's I kinda want to buy a used one for $350-$400 range and throw parts on it maybe even "build" it  *gasp* but I'm getting mixed messages about the part interchangeability. I'd like to get a wood stock' some sort of heat shield ect mostly cosmetic and ergonomic mods :p how accurate are these Chinese clones?

Dude! Literally a million threads about this topic. Do a quick search and you will find dozens upon dozens of posts answering any question you might possibly have about Norinco M14's, M1A's, M305's, DA SOCOM 18's... and every other rendition...

But its easier to revive a FIVE YEAR OLD THREAD than it is to use CGN search...no really, it is.

Nevermind the .308 ones. Since this thread was active and your revival of it, a 7.62x39 and a .223 version came out. .308 is soooo 2013. Oh, and get an avatar would you.

I'd love a 7.62x39, been shooting surp out of a '51 sks and wouldn't mind trying the rotating bolt! so I've been looking for the "cheapest" option because my hobbies are kind of running a muck, have a datsun I've been working on (v8 swap), I sold all paintball gear, and I spend a lot on tools I've formed a bit of a milwaukee m18 addiction :p

i've herd good things about dominion arms at $499 but was hoping I could get a used one cheaper *fingers crossed*

Lots come up for sale on the equipment exchange on this site. You have to request permission to access it.
I was BS'ing about a .223 version. Surprised no one flamed me. I have the 7.62 x39 one. Its a heavy battle rifle but well made. Forged receiver. I haven't done any upgrades to mine yet. It weighs 10 lb 6 oz with a 10 Rd mag.

Love my 305a very nice still wish their were some aftermarket stocks for it, only other qualm I have with mine is at the time I bought the sks D 5 round mags and I gotta admit easy to clean when I need to but wish I went for the some other 10rd mags to have an easier reload not as much meat to grab on the 5 round especially since the mag sits further in the stock
