Not really sure.
First of all sorry If I missed previous posts on this, I used search by typing in outlaw and not much came up.

I'm very interested in these, I want to buy one if I can find one somewhere on here.

Whats the Pros/Cons?.

I'v heard from some that the springs and the wood suck, how much of this holds merit?. Hows the quality of the Steel?. I like the external hammers but do they strip out/break easily?.

Also what order of barrels do the triggers operate?.

I'm also very interested in buying a Winchester 1897 riot/cowboy model copy, anyone like theirs?.

Thanks for looking, interested in your feedback.

The Outlaw is not well suited as a "hunting and sporting" shotgun. Your question might be more appropriately asked in the Black and Green Shotgun forum.

I only put ten rounds through mine, and it worked flawlessly. This isnt a shotgun for skeet / trap shooting, or even hunting. It is what it is, an extremely short barrel shotgun.

Lots of fun to shoot though !!

I'm well aware its not the best choice for hunting, but it doesnt look like a black or green shotgun to me, its more home defense/bear defense or fun at the range (sporting).

Who cares anyway, I just wanted to know if they were a piece of crap or not.

Thanks to those who replied.

For 350.00 bucks I think Ill take my chances on one, they look like fun.

Ok..

Pro
Manged to sell it for what I paid...
Its small
Price

Con
External hammers (not always a con)
Gritty trigger
lock up flaky on some
stock(forend) Looks like someone retarded glued wood chips in it I swear I have no idea how they did it.,..
Gaps in the stock the forend had a 1.5 inch gap in it..

over all I bought one and sold it went with a stoger coach gun it's longer but allot nicer like night and day..

Im thinking of selling mine. I dropped a vice on the stock and put three little dents into the wood. Thats not why I want to sell it just I want to fund my 870 parts.

I would not use it for hunting anyting but targets and I would never trust my life with it for HD or bears.

Another update -- took mine to the range today and had to bash it on the bench after firing to get it to open. This happened consistently ever time I fired it. Other than that and the triggers sticking it is flawless...

I think the squeegee kids might take their chances against the Outlaw, I might prefer a squeegee in a gunfight...
