Never thought I would be able to own a double barrel shotgun pistol. Watched an old Western called the Bounty Hunter and I wanted one ever since. Quality is reasonable. Would have liked to pay about a hundred dollars less but they all seem to sell. At first I needed extreme force to open the action but it loosened up over 40 shells. I originally was going to purchase 20 gauge reducing tubes but that would add another 200 dollars to the project. Federal makes a subsonic 12 gauge load and Aguila and Challenger market 1 3/4 inch shells which are suited to this piece. Really regret not being able to pack on an atv. Looking forward to trying on skeet. Patterns reasonably well out to 20 yards. My biggest complaint is the grip which would have been better patterned after the Ithaca Auto Burglar. I did order another handle from Canada Ammo and will attempt to slim down and remodel to make it easier to hold. With the original grip you need to have one hand on the handle and one on the forearm. Still think a 20 gauge would be a good choice. All in all just a fun gun to shoot.
