Dominion Arms style short barrels for a Mossberg?

I don't know if there were any other threads on the subject, I can't find any via search. Nor is google very helpful.
Dominion Arms has the 12 and 8.5 inch barrels which fit an 870. Are there any plans to do something similar for the Mossberg 500 series? Or is there and I'm not aware? It's basically a novelty for me, so I'd rather just buy a barrel that works with my 500 rather than a whole new gun. ($150 vs $400)
Any time I try searching 'short barreled mossberg' the only thing that comes up is 18.5 inch barrels.
 
It couldn't be any shorter then 15.5",with out having to mod the mag tube and the forend slide assembly [14" mossberg 590 have shorter slide assemblys] ,that's if you wanted to do it with the 18.5" mosberg 590's we have now,so it would be flush with the mag tube end, not sure what the length of the mag tube is on the 500.

And I'am thinking it would be something that woud be easier to do on the 590 as opposed to a 500 because of the magazine cap Vs. the magazine screw.IMHO

Short answer, No, the 590 and some 500's have magazine caps, while most 500's have a magazine screw. although you can use ...I beleive it's 835 mossberg barrels on the 18.5" barrel 590's if you want a longer barrel, the 835's being 3.5" chambered,which you couldn't use in a 590 receiver, too long.
