Dominion low recoil 00 buck: does it work in semis?

Hey there.

I was looking at that cheap dominion 00 buck from Canada ammo and was wondering if anyone has shot this through a semi auto. It says low recoil and I have a browning auto 5 which can be picky about what will cycle through it

I would by a sample book of 10 but I'm not about to pay 25$ shipping to test this
