Here's what I did. I thought it was pretty slick so I made a thread about it. I like the velcro as I can change them out but they stay on while hunting and carrying the rifle slung or over obstacles.
At matches I usually just write it on Masking tape for eech stage and stick it on my sleeve.
Hi Roddy, i had spotted/read your thread before posting
Fastening the cards to rifle is not an issue
What app or template did you use to peint your cards?

Usually the targets and the shooting positions are pointed out to you. Sometimes there are blind stages though. The Practical Precision Rifle Challenge is nearly all blind stages.
If you set up the Excel spreadsheet right, it's just a copy and paste of an entire JBM output table into it (3 second operation). Copying/inputting values piecemeal is a very tedious and unnecessary way of doing it...
I'm working on creating a website that will allow people to create them.
Where are you guys downloading/buying them?
I have the means to plastify and velcro tape them to my rifle.
Ideally, if someone has an excel file that prints the right size, i could just customize the data
