Here's what I did. I thought it was pretty slick so I made a thread about it. I like the velcro as I can change them out but they stay on while hunting and carrying the rifle slung or over obstacles.
At matches I usually just write it on Masking tape for eech stage and stick it on my sleeve.

I learned really old school note book and score card plotting. So my score sheets have lots of settings and weather data. Lately though, I've been shooting Mil Surp matches with long quiet spells in between. My record keeping is a black hardcover notebook, with the very appropriate front label, "Great Expectations".

What app or template did you use to peint your cards?
I got the data from Shooter. I couldn't export the data cards (although it says you are supposed to be able to) so I made new ones in Strelok Pro. They didn't match exactly for some reason (I tried everything. Strelok must use a different formula) so I tweaked the density altitude until I got the data I wanted.
From there Strelok lets you make tables with whatever data you want. I wanted 50 meter increments and a 10mph cross wind. That list could be emailed to myself and then copied to a spreadsheet. The I just had to add a name to each one so I could tell them apart.
It was a bit of work and I think a ballistic app with the option to print data cards would be a really good idea. If it was easy enough you could print them on a label maker and stick them right to your sleeve or rifle.
I use JBM mostly for my pre-made data cards and also so them in MS Excel. Also do them for every 1000' DA and every 10 fps of MV. I just copy/paste the JBM outputs into one page of the spreadsheet, then have my cards in other pages reverence them. Use 25 yards resolution maximum. Everything can be calculated from drop and path in inches/cm and flight time. Complexity of the card depends on what I want to use it for.
This is one I have from a set that I can use to repace my ballistic calculator if it goes down for any reason. From it I can create a ballistics solution for pretty much any scenario.
Everything in it is calculated from the straigh line drop, wind and time of flight numbers JBM puts out. Reverse side does to 1200 yards.
The spreadsheet also creates a simple data card for DA=2000 that I can stick on my rifle as a backup. Its on the side of the scope:
In a match, I will do a data card that is specific to the targets in the stage and either has 5 and 10 MPH wind values or the bookends. The Sidewinder data card holder it goes in is tucked in under the scope in the pic above.

The way i am seeing this, you guys pretty much use ballistic apps, use printed data and manually imput into excel
Kombayotch, this is off topics from original subject, from what i see, in PRS you get a walktrough a bit like IPSC to visualize task to be done and in this case determine range of targets in advance?

Usually the targets and the shooting positions are pointed out to you. Sometimes there are blind stages though. The Practical Precision Rifle Challenge is nearly all blind stages.
If you set up the Excel spreadsheet right, it's just a copy and paste of an entire JBM output table into it (3 second operation). Copying/inputting values piecemeal is a very tedious and unnecessary way of doing it...
