Double barrel pump shotgun?

Maybe it was the Simpsons that I first noticed this creation, then found a YouTube video of a Remington 1740 (870 x 2). Today I was looking at the Kel-tec KSG and thought, "Why wouldn't they just make a double barrel pump? Well, someone must have had the same thought...

Two question pop into my head:
1. Where can I get one?
2. If I cant buy one, how can I build one?

The remington 1760 might be an easier project...
