Looking to purchase a nice shotgun for all use. Don't like side by side, but will consider either a semi or over/under. Only requirement is it has to have a low drop in stock. I cannot shoot any guns with a straight stock. I can't bend my neck down far enough without it being comfortable. Which shotguns have a nice dro in stock that you like ? I had a benelli 391 that I found comfortable.

You may have owned a Beretta 391, but I doubt that you owned a Benelli 391. As far as drop at comb goes, I wouldn't generalize by saying that straight stocks won't fit you comfortably, because a straight English type stock can have the same drop at comb as a semi auto , or an O/U shotgun.

I need a low drop @ the heel to fit me . About 3 " is right. Most new guns are about 2 1/4" & I shoot high with these ones.
I collect & shoot old S X S doubles , of which many have the 3" drop. I have lovely AYA Model 25 BL , made in 1978 , with full
engraved receiver , 20 ga.. Drop is too little & I gave up finding a stock maker who could make a stock for less that the total gun
is worth . I love this gun but can not shoot it well .
So I sympathize with you ,,,,,,,,,,,, The guns you want don't fit . ,,,,,,,,, Frank

Ever consider a Weatherby SA-08? I have one and hasn't given me a lick of trouble.... I believe the drop is 2 1/4" from factory but it comes with shims to increase that. Mine hasn't been changed so I'm not sure what the max is for the supplied shims.

The OP said "I need a low drop @ the heel to fit me . About 3 " is right." I had to think what he meant... seems he wants a large drop at comb, not a high comb.
Anyway, if the gun is not too valuable he can cut one down to get that, but I would not butcher a decent gun.
Alternatively, for a decent gun, get a custom, adjustable comb fitted that covers a large drop. I have a normal one (factory drop and higher) on my Winchester 101 pigeon grade sporting clay gun (an after-market addition), but I set it about 1/4 inch high as I like a high comb. I reckon I could shoot sporting with a double-barrel trap gun... but I don't!
Cheers,
Roger

Right on. I need the stock of the gun to be lower than the line of sights. The lower the better. I don't like bending my neck/head down to line up with the sights too far. Some gun stocks are just too straight with no drop on the butt pad. Am I making sense here?

Unless you are shooting slugs, you don't need or want sights on a shotgun. As for drop at comb and heel, I have yet to see a shotgun with no drop at comb or heel. Typically the Italian shotguns have less drop at comb and heel, and shotguns by Browning have more. I prefer more drop at comb and heel myself, and I generally shoot Browning shotguns because they fit me better, but I do have one SxS shotgun that fits me very well. My SxS actually has more drop at comb and heel than many semi auto or O/U shotguns.
