My Dad picked up a Browning Model 12 NIB for my sons to try shooting clays. A long story I won’t explain but my youngest son wants to try shooting. I had stashed the gun away for several years now and didn’t think too much of it. I got it out to show him and WOW what a great gun!
Action, fit and finish, and figure in the stock are quite impressive. Unfortunately, the gun is still too big for my youngest so I’ll have to see about a youth shotgun for him but I will definitely be holding onto this one for us all. It never dawned on me that this was a Winchester Model 12 replica until I read about it.
My Dad gave me his pre-60s Winchester Model 12 Skeet gun he owned forever, so I compared the two and sure enough.
Anyone have their two cents on the Browning?
