Yes there are a few Italian companies and some french guns made with both rifled, or one smooth and one rifles, I believe Tradex imports and O/U by Sabbatti, but you maybe hard pressed to find and importable SXS, as tradex tryed for me last year and was told not able to export if one is rifles and the other was not, cannot remember if it was France who would not exportable or Italy? It is called a Combination Guns if it is an O/U configuration or a Cape Gun if SxS.
If you look through the double gun sections of Gunbroker, Guns International and other US auction and sales sites, you will find a good number of them.
