Dovetail size on marlin 25

[Dutch Ppoacher]

I have a marlin 25m and it has dovetail groves on top the receiver
The dove tail rail top is rounded making it harder to find a mount to fit right
Leupold s 3/8 don't fit

Would love to get some suggestions as to what has worked
Don't want see threw rings
