I should know this but I am mot so sure I know what I know. It is my understanding as of now you do not need a LTATT/STATT to travel to and from the US border within your province assuming you have a current PAL. Is this correct. I am down here of course and I looked at my PAL and there is just a reference to standard conditions apply. I have the invite and Form 6 eetc.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was sure it was but for some reason I became not so sure. LOL Breezed through the US Border which and has been my normal experience. Fellow did take the time to read the Form 6. Other than that is was just,"Have a Nice Shoot". We will see what the girls have to say when I go back. The gals at the Sumas crossing are HOT! Shameless suck up if any of them are on this site.

Hi no still in US. Will leave for home Monday morning. I havr to pick up some targets fro Kitimat and some bullets for me in Chilliwack then up to Pr. George and Ft. McMurray to spend the rest of the month with our sons. Should be home around the 30th. Had a great time at the match. Didn't shoot all that well but had fun with the guys.

Spoke to the CFO this morning. I asked if they could send me the piece of paper with my name on it with the conditions attached. He said that paper is only printed with a new PAL when it is issued. He also said when an Officer runs my PAL he would see all the condition in which my PA was issued which includes the LTATT with all the standard conditions including the Border, Range, Matches and Gunsmith. Works for me. Thanks to those who ended my concerns.

I crossed at Sumas and the guy just scanned my passport took a look at my PAL and waived me through with a "Have a nice day". 10 hours later I was in my friends front room in Pr. George.
