I ordered some items from them last year.

As many had mentioned, their prices were great but the time to actually shipping the products left something to be desired.

Looks like 2014 is a whole new story. I ordered a P229 from them and they transfered and shipped the gun in the same week payment was received.

Totally agree. I was fine with longer wait times cuz their pricing was always the best. Now that turnaround times have improved, they def one of the best in the country in terms of pricing, product and customer service. The freebies are a nice touch too!

12% for us... Should only be 5% for you when you order from a non-HST province like BC...

Sorry to hear about this. Seems strange as we are currently shipping orders from the 5th and 6th plus a mixture of approved transfers. Admittedly we are running about a day behind due to the long weekend, receiving a huge shipment this morning and huge amount of orders received on Friday but we should be caught up by tomorrow.
