Driven wild boar hunt in Slovakia

Some things did not need translation Like Swarovski but the one that caught my attention was the "Big Female Boar".
The numbers at the end of the video were astounding.

Great video.

Grew up hunting like that and still do it every year.

Need a good group of unselfish individuals to pull it off, and for me, the most rewarding type of hunt.

Did anybody else notice that his magazine when removed was combined with his trigger group. I have never seen that before, what type of rifle was that?

[SUB][/SUB]Its a Blaser R8,,,nice well made expensive German brand.
I handled 2 of their models yesterday at Al Flahertys,,,1 was a single shot rifle,,light n nice,,but $9000 dollars,,,the next was an over under shotgun,,no idea what it cost,,

They also make the Tactical 2 or similar named rifle,,in partnersip with SIG,,that is the primary police sniper rifle in much of Europe.

Check out the blazer website if you want a real treat,,,gorgeous wood on some of those rifles!

Oops Im referring to the ops video,,

I have seen a lot of franz videos he is a pro shooter for sure would love to get a few shoots with him I am sure I could learn a thing or two from him .he was shooting a 7mm mag and can handle it like it is only a 243 ,recoil does not seem to bother him at all ,the aim point scopes he uses sure seem to be the ticket .I am thinking of going to this type of scope on my slug gun as that is the kind of shots we get well hunting whitetails here in Ontario in are controlled driven hunts .anybody have info on the scope he is using in the first part of that video. D

He is using a Aimpoint H34L. Aimpoint makes the best Red Dot on the market. These sights have zero magnification. I used a red dot sight on a Remington Model 81 300 Savage for many years and they are a real slick rig. You don't have to aim, you just point with both eyes open the same as you would with a shot gun, the red dot automatically gets in your line of sight and finds the spot you want to hit,....absolutely deadly. I still put one on my 358win BLR for bear season.

Here is a link to the Aimpoint web site........http://www.aimpoint.com/us/

When you get into the web site, click on the hunting pic, then on the next page you can scroll through all there models.
