Dry firing -m305 is it safe

It's safe to dry fire pretty much any centerfire rifle. The nork will drop into any M14 stock, but you have to build up a small dam on the stock where the spring guide pin will sit as the nork one is shorter and will walk out when firing.

I've been dry firing all of my M14's and M1A's for years. Not a single problem. Just keep spare firing pins just in case.

Sorry bud, ain't the only way to de-#### and clear. Practice with your own. It is very easy to de-####, even loaded

You can always buy a Dry Fire device, they are pretty cool.

Drop it in like a round and you only pull 1/4 inch to recock, the hammer only falls that far. No hard ware on the parts and recocking is a cinch.

(shamefully I have to add that I have a few around for sale, I hope I don't get in trouble for this 8) )
