DS Tactical great to deal with!

Just a short story about my experience with DS Tactical.

I placed an order for some things with them in late October. I received a message from them saying that some of the items I ordered were backordered and they would ship when the next shipment from the manufacturer came in.

I ended up forgeting that I had even ordered anything as I wasn't in a huge rush for anything (and I was really focused on trying to shoot Bambi's dad ). I finally remembered I places an order in early December. So I sent them an e-mail asking for an update.

I received a message back saying that they were sorry for the delay and they would be receiving their shipment from the manufacturer that week. The also gave me free shipping, 10% off my order, and upgraded one of my items to the more expensive and much nicer one!

I was floored! These people stand behind their business and offer great service. Sure it took a long time from the time I placed my order, but they completely made up for it. I am more than satisfied with my experience and will not hesitate to do business with again!

was in there today and the staff there is fantastic. i haven't been there in a while and they have expanded the store and it looks great! bought some stuff there and i'm really happy. cgn'rs stil, get a 10%discount
