DU Red Ryder Daisy

Just spent a couple minutes with Google, they dont seem to be worth much more than a regular used Red Ryder. Although as you know when buying things at a banquet your really just making a donation and taking something home with you as a bonus. From what I have seen DU items actually sell for less than a non DU items especially guns. Unfortunately the interest in DU is just not as it was, too bad its an excellent organization.

Would be nice to see a picture sounds like a nice little plinker. I have a couple of Daisy's that i shoot with my boys from time to time, great little rifles!

i picked up a new red ryder at CT on sale for $45.

I agree with IanC. I dont think you'd get much of a premium for DU stuff anymore. (Coming from someone that's been involved in DU since I was a green wing)

id pay $50 and put it over the fire place. maybe make a little wood sign that says "Don't touch, you'll shoot your eye out"

Agree with the comments above. I never got to own a RR as a kid, so I've cycled through a few newer ones over the last 2 decades. As my username suggests...I'm not a power/speed guy, but wow these are underwhelming guns to shoot. lol The DU factor is the question (I know) but as shooters, they hold almost zero value to me. My kids (even when little) seemed to prefer slingshots.

Thanks for the comments. Have been away so did not see the replies.
I didn't expect that it would astro, but sorta rar(ish)?
My son won it in a Trap shoot (Jr) and still has everything including the box.
