Dual-Tenon front sight on 1911?

I recently won a 1911 .45 Auto slide in an online auction. I am hoping to use it to build an accessory top half with match sights and light springs for shooting accurate SWC loads. But I immediately see a problem in that the front sight that is on it is broken, and it seems to have an unusual mount design. Whereas all the 1911 front sights I see for sale are mounted via dovetail or staked, single, square tenons, this one is secured by twin, round tenons:

Does anyone know a source for this style of front sight? The rear of the slide appears to have been cut after it left the factory to accommodate a Bo-Mar sight, I'm guessing this front sight was modified at the same time. It looks like the original square tenon hole was enlarged and rounded to make one of the present holes, so going back to a square tenon may not be practical. And I question whether enough material remains between the two holes to go to a dovetail.

Thank you for the intel, it does indeed appear to be the Millett Dual-Crimp system.

No longer made from what I can tell. There are still a few NOS sights around, but the tools required to mount them are apparently tough to come by. More importantly, hardly anyone has a good thing to say about them. The most common advice south of the border is have the holes welded up, a dovetail cut, and the slide refinished, or throw it away.

If I decide to go ahead and build on this Casey, I will keep in mind that you have the sights, thanks again.
