Duck hunting help!

Hey I am looking for some ammo I want to try, Hevi-Metal but i cant find it in Ont, does anyone know where i can find some?? thanks

IMO stick with the Kent.

$12/box vs $25/box and the Kent shells work great.

This year for duck and goose I did a bit of an experiment.

I tried:
Heavi-Shot 3"
Heavi-Metal 3"
Black Cloud 3"
Kent FastSteel 2 3/4" and 3"
Kent SilverSteel 3"
Winchester XPert HV. 2 3/4" and 3"
EDIT: Forgot Challenger 2 3/4 and 3".

They all killed equally well. So why spend double, triple or even quadruple when the plain cheap stuff works well too. Even the 2 3/4" worked well on goose and especially well on duck.

Exactly!! Save your $$ and kill just as many ducks and geese.

I bought a box from Bass Pro (Vaughn). 3 1/2" BBB. It absolutely HAMMERED geese. I think it's good stuff. For double the price of Kent though, I don't think I would buy it again.

Where in Ontario are you from? You want a gun store in Kenora or a gun store in Ottawa? Gun store in Windsor?

But its not worth the extra money anyways unless you can actually afford 3 bucks a shot.
