I used 4 Wood Duck Breasts. Mixed 50/50 the duck and pork, added some opinions, cabbage, carrots and mushrooms all mixed in the food processor with some salt, pepper and soya sauce and 1 egg. Put a scoop into a won ton wrapper and fry in a pain of oil, a couple minutes per side.

I will have my wife try that for sure. We made suck poppers wrapped with cream cheese
in bacon a couple weeks ago and I could eat those for as long as there is ducks in the air to shoot at.
