I bought a Pardini SP used as an impulse by during the ban panic times...
It has an electronic trigger and came with 2 AAA batteries. I couldn't really find much information on this so forgive me if this is a real dumb question.
I haven't seen this pistol being operated, in the disassembly videos I don't see a battery part, and my CTRL+F search of the word "battery" doesn't turn up anything across multiple manuals.

Where does the battery go in?
I didn't want to go start unscrewing things right away.

Didn't you ask the guy you bought it off of about the nuances of it? Can you reach out to him? It's a serious target shooters platform, those sorts would be happy to discuss and even show you the ropes of what they do, they are that sort of person.

I can try! I got it from sporteque in Quebec and my French isn't great but worth a shot to see if they will connect me

Thanks, I did make a post there as well just now. However, I took out the multimeter and checked the switch mechanism together with the battery and it is working fine. So on a hunch, though I had screwed in the screw securing the switch pretty tightly, i pushed it down more (since the other side has springs), and secured it even deeper into the grip towards the trigger. Now its functioning properly, crisis averted!
