Where would a person find a couple of dummy rounds?

I would like to find a 50bmg and a 338 Lapua.

You can get the plastic dry-fire dummy rounds on ebay. Otherwise you probably need to get the components and make it yourself.

Im wanting real brass and bullet but dont have any dies to resize the case to hold a bullet if i did get the components .

I guess I shouldnt have said dummy round. Im not looking for snap caps Im looking for a real case with a real bullet without primer or powder or a fired primer for display purposes.
