The Duracoat is going to add some significant film thickness so to avoid any fit and operating issues I would leave the internals bare. For the same reason I would not coat the arms of the pump tube since they have to fit into the receiver grooves and the pump handle has to fit over the pump arm tube. It's a tight enough fit as is without adding anything to make it tighter. Other than these two things go ahead and do the exterior of the receiver, barrel and magazine tube. I'd suggest going lightly on the magazine tube but on my own 870 it's a fairly loose fit to the pump tube so it should easily handle a light to medium finish being added. But check yours for fit first. Try wrapping the magazine tube with a layer of printer paper. If the pump tube still slides easily over the paper layer without sticking then you've got enough room for the Duracoat as long as you don't slather it on too thickly.
