Durham Outdoors Website was hosted by Shopify, as we all know that they changed policy about guns related items but as a long time users, we
fight with their legal dept about this because we don't see have any item that they don't ok with. It seems there is no one in shopify really knows guns.
After quite some back forth fight with no excuse, They just shut down our store. That's it.

We have new website ready, but may need couple days to match all the products. Customer information has been transferred but may need to reset password.

Gift card that you purchased we have paper record.

Old order records has been backed up.

Sorry for any inconvenience, it sad to see but we gun owners and retailers just be treated like this, no one want to insure us, very few credit card processor working with us but with crazy rate.

That’s probably why I couldn’t access your site tonight. I had also sent you guys an email about a back order and the email bounced back. I’ll give you guys a call tomorrow.
 
You guys have been great to deal with in the past, shopify can go pound salt! All the best with your new platform, hopefully I'll try it out soon.
 
Something interesting talk to Shopify, apparently they know nothing about what they are talking about.

I went to the new website today. It doesn’t show my account or that I exist at all. Are you still in the process of porting accounts over?
 
Went to the new site, i have added a few parts to my cart, but in the product page, some saids its in stock, some saids its backorder. Should i wait for inventories to be corrected first before checking out?
