.... for a Ruger 10/22?

I like the M16R. I have no real pressing need to get rid of it. In fact, I probably won't. The only time I consider it is when I think a 10/22 might be nice.

Would that sorta trade be in the realm of possibility? The M16R is in pretty good shape (stock has been repainted).

This isn't meant to be an EE ad or anything - just wondering what the market is for these right now.

Just wondering, anyway. I see the M1600s going for $300ish and the Rugers going for $300ish. I bought the rifle on here and didn't pay that much for it, and some of those guys selling Rugers didn't pay that much for theirs, either.

I had both and my 1600 was way more reliable and accurate, I sold the ruger long ago.
I've got my 1600 on consignment right now asking 300, I've seen 250 to 450.
The only reason I'm getting rid of it is it's no good for hunting with the high post sight.
I went with a remington/baikal 22/410 combo to replace it, but if I wanted an accurate 22 only I would have gone with a new Savage bolt for about 300.
