E-Lander mags in a Shadow - reliability and how they're limited

I currently have a bunch of Tanfoglio mags and will be moving to a country that doesn't have mag capacity restrictions. Now, those dimples are going to be difficult to repair from being broken in order to comply with our laws (once my guns are released back to me by the authorities in the destination country), so I'm considering getting different mags, which leads me to a couple of questions:

1) How's the reliability of these mags? I know I've never had a single issue with original CZ or Tanfoglio mags.

2) Are they pinned or dimpled?

Please note that I already secured an export permit for the pistol and mags and that the destination country does not restrict magazine capacity. These magazines will remain at Canadian-legal capacity for as long as they are on our soil plus a couple of months while I sort out the licensing and import issues. Please do not modify any magazines in Canada to illegal capacity as any violations make all of us look bad.

Thank you in advance for any info you can give me, ladies and gents.

I machined 2 of these, to work in my grand power. They work great. I have not taken them apart. They have no dimples or rivets. It must be something internal.

Thanks for the heads up.. Looks like I'll keep my Tanfos then and just use a big friggin drillbit, plus some smoothing with the Dremel (once again, I'm just noting that this will be done abroad where, while the gun laws are even worse than ours, at least they don't require neutering the mags).

I just took the base plate off. The follower spring is tightly wound on the bottom. If you cut the spring, you gain full capacity.

Thanks for the heads up. I've got some thinking to do.. Cut the spring or just drill the Tanfo. Will be a large hole, but... I know a buddy jigged a tool to straighten the dimple, but can't get his hands on it now.
