E-mail correspondance

sent an email to them yesterday re an obscure part I thought they might have and got a response the same day. TNA rocks!!

So far they haven't answered the frequently asked question whether the original barrel is included in sale in the forum post.

they continuously ignore my e-mails, and I don't know why they wouldn't take me seriously, I've ordered from them for the first time this year. They charge shipping on the deposit for NR PS90 which in itself is no problem, but the listing didn't specify, and I need confirmation that it won't be double charged. Other auctions sites I've dealt with has that information fully disclosed. They instead decide to respond with:
"Are you still interested in this order? If not I will have to cancel this and open the inventory to other customers" mind you on a pre-order lol.
Paired with their super sensationalist advertisement is just suspicious behavior.

I don't know. For me, though not catastrophic, it's definitely been my worst experience among dealers and private sellers I've dealt with.

The original barrel is not included as it suffers damage when removing the cross pin from it and the shroud. Sorry for your bad experience.

The shipping is paid on the original order and the final payment is just the remainder of the balance

Silly me, why didn't I think of using my phone.
I'm not afraid of making calls. I've made calls to at least 3 cgn sponsors for more pressing matters. I've waited a whole day to try to get through to CFOs in the past. It's a non-issue.
If you made the effort to use your brain cells you would know that e-mails offer the advantage of being able to keep records.
E-mail are sent instantaneously and they also give the responder the liberty of answering on their time when it's convenient.
This is also a way for me to test the waters with different dealers as I'm fairly new to this hobby.
In my case, it is now clear that they didn't think it was worth the time and effort to reply I guess until I posted in this sub-forum.

Actually, that’s a fair comment. I like the personal touch of actually talking to someone as opposed to constantly emailing them. Talking to an actual human can make a big difference. That being said, so many businesses seem to never answer their phones, that it can be extremely frustrating.

I actually prefer calling but end up emailing 99% of the time. I work tell 12 hours a day with zero access to the phone unless there's a serious emergency. Some people just don't understand that calling isn't always an option.

Just curious why the shroud and barrel are being damaged from the removal. I had my factory barrel and shroud removed for the installation of an 10.5" barrel and received my factory barrel and shroud. Only thing that was damaged was the pin. This was long before you guys started providing this service so it was with another company.

I'm glad to see more people are getting into the PS90. Your price on mags are good, may have to pick up a few

Agreed even if it was damaged I would still want the damaged parts as you are paying for it...
