Eagle Arms info 11.5 barrel

Need some info on the Eagle Arms M15, Div of Armalite please.
Mil. spec?? quality and price? It is 11.5" long only sighted in.

They're 1/9, 4140, chrome lined. They're all HBARs and therefore ridiculously heavy for such a short barrel. Damn thing weighs more than a 16" government profile barrel. I plan on getting mine turned down at some point, or replace it with a government or lightweight profile barrel in the future.

Quality is good.
