Ear Protection with 22LR cheek weld issue

I found the same and used earplugs, until I realized a more vertical facial position made me shoot better. It may require more adjustment in your cheek rest and also LOP of your stock, but fixing my position made muffs work again.

I dunno, I have never shot a .22 rifle that seemed load to me, handgun yes, rifle no. I have problems with ear muffs and rifle stocks though as well, I can usually manage but it not as secure of a cheek weld so I use 3m plugs. .17 HMR can get noisy if shooting into the wind.

Just checked a-zon and Walker razors on Sale - $ 51.86 +tx -Prime eligible. Just bought a 'spare pair'. I find they're good (as long as not next to a brake-er ) ^O^
