A rare early first contract P1804 British cutlass by Thomas Craven. This was found in Queens Co. NS.
It was identified as part of the first contract procurement for the P1804 model for the Royal Navy by Matt Easton of Easton Antique Arms and Scholagladitoria in UK. who any other antique sword collector is likely familiar with. My main collection interest is 17th-19th naval cutlasses of Europe and the colonies. This is one of the jewels of my collection.
