Need to fix a old shotgun that has sentimental value, but not worth much I think. Its a Trueline "Deluxe" from Eatons Canada. It has only one slide action bar (broken). The slide lock release lever is located on the left side of the rear of the trigger guard, and the cross bolt safety is at the front of the trigger guard, like a remington 870. It has a adjustable choke called a Magnum master shooting (not sure if original). I thought it was a old mossberg 500 from the 1960's because they used to have one slide action bar, but this gun does not have a tang safety, and the slide release on this trueline deluxe is at the back left side of the trigger guard....Help, Please...I need to know what it is to get parts.

Ya, I thought it was built by Stevens or Savage, but the only thing is the mag release lever seems to be in a different location. I have never scene any gun that was built with the lever at the back of the trigger guard. The slide action bar is busted on it, and its going to be impossible to order one, if I can't determine what model of shotgun it is. I am getting the feeling that I will have to fabricate one on my milling machine at work, which will be time consuming and since I am missing half of the broken one, I don't know the exact measurements of it, and if I don't make it the perfect length then it will be out of timing and have feeding problems I figure, so I will probably end up making a half dozen before I get one that cycles properly. I would much prefer try to find the original model of the gun, and try to order the proper one if possible.

After going through a couple of books I have .madtrapper143 looks to be right as the gun looks very much like a Noble model 60 .

Thanks for the help....Ive never heard of a Noble shotgun...Is it a copy of another model made by a better known brand name, like savage, Remington, Winchester, etc ?

Some parts are still available from Numrich:

h ttps://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/Noble-33415.htm

International shipping fees are high ($40 range) but their service is good. Their export $$ limit to Canada has been raised again, as well, so you could add a bunch of parts in there if you needed anything else.

Good luck
