No, if you truly want one, you'll have to get one out of the US and pay for the expense/paperwork to get it here.
I was just looking at them as well...with questars new import price thats never gonna happen, mind you, the gun itself is well over 2k US so its REALLY never gonna happen. Such a pity though, its easily the nicest 1911 out there....look at this pupppy:
Ed Brown stuff is pretty awesome, not only does it work it's beautiful. Personally the only pistol I would want more than an Ed Brown is a Larry Vickers (No, not a Nighthawk one, a "real" LArry Vickers) probably wouldn't look half as good though 
ETA: I've never seen a Brown in Canada, I don't even think they're registered with DOS for export (no need, they sell everything they make anyway)
