Educate me on Zoli firearms!

I have an opportunity to acquire a Zoli over under 12g/ 6.5x55.
Can anyone tell me anything about them.? Quality? History? and what something like that might be worth?

Is it an Antonio or Angelo Zoli?

I have an Antonio Zoli in 12/7x57R with German claw mounts. It is svelte and very accurate when barrels are cool. I had a FAIR combo that I recently traded and the actions are identical.

I believe the Angelo Zoli combos used other manufacturers actions and were not the same quality.

When Tradex used to carry more they have both and the Angelo combos were priced significantly less.

There is a bit of information on some other gun forums about these combos.
