A big murder of Ravens terrorize the fowl. Ducks and geese, lost one duck, and previously about a dozen chickens.

So, 40 years since I've shot a airgun. Know next to nothing about them, not even enough to ask good questions. Really haven't seen .22 cal pellets around, so .177. Little village with no shooting and lefties. Budget of say $300.

I'm sorry to say, I think you are out of luck.
Anything with enough "oompf" will be too expensive, too loud, and will be classified as a firearm.
Ravens are smart/tough and will be very hard to approach within headshot range of most spring powered air guns in your price range and PCP airguns which would do the job are pretty loud and more expensive as well.
Good luck in your search though.
Hope someone has an idea for you.

^^ Agreed ^^ .... best you could do is buy an air rifle at 495 fps so that its not classified as a firearm. You might get some extra velocity by "deseling" the projectiles (effectively slathering them in oil).

Ravens and Crows are smart.

Get a quality .22 air rifle @ +700fps.

A non PAL .177 is simply not enough.

Once you pop 1-2, they will realize this is not the place to be.

When you kill the first one, watch the flock go mental.

The Crosman 1322 modified with a steel breech, cheap optic and long barrel is well within your budget if you're handy, awesome gun to experiment with and more than capable. Look up dlairgun.com

All the best,
Jake
