this doesnt make any sence to me. currently the M37=Prohib. i see 2 browning 1919. am i crazy?

One is the M37 while the other is the TNW-M37 one is an auto while the other is a semi

Semi auto version built on a new receiver equals non restricted.
Same idea as the VZ58, original military receivers are prohibited, but new manufacture without the fun switch is non restricted.
If you want to really blow your mind, pre 1945 ammo belts are not limited to five rounds either.
(This is a rather simple breakdown of things, gets a little more complicated with RCMP firearms lab approval, exact wording of law, etc..)

No need to go over the details here other than to say look into this thread starting at post #168. The ad has since been removed.

To my knowledge there is no issued non-restricted FRT on the TNW M37.

Yes. That being said there is a different FRT between the TNW 1919 and the M37 if that's what you were wondering.
