So I decided to buy a Buckmark Pistol from a guy on the EE.
He first started listing it for $550 in april and I was kinda watching the price go down from month to month.
So he finally goes down to $440 shipped, I PM him and ask if he is willing to take $400 shipped and he says sure!
So I am happy, I get a pistol I want and a mag loader and 3 mags for $400, and the best part is there is still factory warrenty on this unit (according to him)

This all goes down on the 1st to 5th of June. As per usual I Send an EMT for the amount on the day the final details are completed.
On the same day (June 5th) I send the money, and then he gets back to me with the Ref# from the CFC so in the same day I call in to complete the transfer.
On July 6th (after SEVERAL attempts to contact him via Phone email & PM) he finally ships the pistol, he doesnt even send me a tracking # or anything to let me know its on the way.
I get the pistol and I am stoked! I rip open the package, and.... wait a sec... there are a few pieces missing..... I got a pistol, a loader & 1-mag.... not the 3 I was expecting....
So I fire off an email, his response..... crickets.... So I call him, nothing..... I call again, leave another message telling him that he needs to get in touch with me or this will result in bad feed-back...... Guess what..... He emails me that same day, with the tracking #!??!. We go back and forth a bit, he offers a full refund, I tell him that I don't need a "full Refund" but I would like a discount, based on the fact that I am short $80 worth of mags..... He doesn't respond. So I call him up and leave a message for him telling him that I will take the refund...... His response..... Nothing.....
So I wait a couple of days and leave Negative feedback.
He retalliates with negative feedback.
Needless to say I am PISSED!!!!
I dealt with this guy in good faith and now I have negative feedback, I reported it and so far I have not recieved a response.....
So now he posts a response to my neg feedback that I am a tire kicker, and that I refused a full refund..... I respond, "you lied, plain and simple", He responds, I offered a full refund, it is still available. So then I email him & call him that I will take that refund..... no respnse...
So I respond (to the feedback response) My final one, after this I am done with this guy!
I would REALLY like to take this up with a mod, but I just want everybody to know what a Douch this guy is....
I am also looking for vindication.... I belive I was correct to leave Neg feedback......

The funny thing about all of this, I already have a couple of buckmarks, I really only agreed to buy this one on account of the extra mags! lol! Turns out this Buckky is a good shooter too, better than my other two.
