Why is there no "Private Message Poster" link in any of the posts in the EE Optics - Parts sub forum?

Every other forum that I have noticed has the link at the bottom of every post except this one. I have purchased items off other forums but for some reason I can't contact sellers on this forum

Click on the posters user name then click on send private message.

Click on the name on the left side. Menu pops up for "private message"

Look right at the end of each post in the EE.
