EE posts, lots of enfields this week

Is it just me or is there suddenly a lot of enfields up for sale this week.

A few are fairly interesting, and prices don't seem all that bad.

I just blew my gun budget for the month today on bullets and powder. Hell I even sold a pistol last month to finance my addiction.... errr I mean enfield affliction

Oh and I think I need one of those $99 norinco toks as well

I was at a Calgary gunshow this weekend and there were lots of enfields on the tables but very few as well priced as on the EE and not in as good shape.

I did my bit and bought one from the EE a couple of weeks ago.

Lots, but the prices! Holy ####, nearly $600 for a Lithgow SMLE? I have one just like it that was under $200 a couple years back. We are our own worst enemies when it comes to pricing...

Although I recently became a no.4 owner for under $200

3 years ago I bought spoter No1's for $25/ea and sporter No4's with mags for under $40. And the odd P'14 also in the $40 range

I tried to only buy ones that could be fixed.

full wood now $300 does not surprise me, sporters under $100 are getting hard to find and then the condition is often crap.


Prices now make me think about selling my stockpile of project rifles. (just not this week)

IMHO, and never to slam on anyone, the E&E is an excellent asset that I am constantly impressed by.

I love the EE, I just got my LE here a couple weeks ago too. Just to think when CGN was non-existent I would have nothing to do with my spare time.
