If you are trying to say the EE is usually over priced, yes it is, we have all been there... I dont low ball , I just offer a fair price and see what happens. If someone has a sky high price I dont even bother messaging them, I just keep on looking or make a WTB with the price range I think is fair.

On EE, it is perfectly normal to ask twice the price of new for a creature made of mismatched bit.
It is where I met my wife (actually it was a wtt for an old unserviceable snowblower)

Translation: A person is entitled to ask any price they want for an item. Third party evaluation is never required. Nevertheless, a gun with miss matched wood, and barrels should never sell for $2000.
