I just recently made my first restricted purchase on EE. (Have purchased from on-line retailers before) I received notice that the transfer was complete, as did the seller. He said that he had since applied for an ATT, but had to wait for approval.
My question is, would he not simply need a STATT to drop the package off at the post office, or does he require a longer term ATT to cover it until it gets to my house? In Alberta, I have received a STATT to pick a restricted up at the post office in about 10 min over the phone. It has been a week since the transfer was completed. Should it take this long, seller is in Ont. I simply want to make sure I have my facts straight before I contact him again. Thanks for any info.
