I should be down that way in the not too distant future to do some shooting. I'll keep you posted on that. I'm in the middle of some work here but looking at moving back to Orillia if the OPP gods will it!

I love shooting here but really miss being back that way. There are great matches all over there within about two hours of Barrie.

Dan... have fun in Italy... when do you wanna go climbing? I'm more used to rappelling down than climbing up but I'm willing to learn.....

This could be a stupid question but I am very new to that type of shooting.

I would like to know which guns I have to bring for that match?
What type of rifle?
Does it have to be semi, or bolt is good enough
Shotgun, I think pump or semi...

I am waiting for my ATT to come, and then very first next thing is signing for Black Badge and hopefully some IPSC shooting.

You can use any rifle you want. There is a division for bolt guns. However most ( all ) are semi auto. ARs dominate but I have seen

STORMs
M1 carbines
M1 Garands
SKS
SKS-D
VZ-58
FN-FAL
Mech Techs
Daewoo K2 ( my personal fav)
AKs


Shotgun can be either Semi or pump.

Even if you only have your handgun you can always beg or borrow a rifle and shotgun.
