Eganville 200 and 400 Yard Shoot Sun Aug 30th

For all those interested, the Eganville&District Sportsman's Club is hosting its 1st annual Long Range Shoot.

I don't know all the details for the course of fire, but I do know that:

20 rounds will be needed. 10 rounds at 200yards and 10 rounds at 400yards

$20 dollar entrance fee

Match to be shot from the Prone position with Bi-Pods and Rear support at 400 yards....ie bags or sand sock.., but NO rear support at 200 yards.

Match starts at 10:30am.

Targets will be a combination of Steel and paper.

That's the range. If you get to Eganville, follow the signs to the Bonnecherre Caves but drive past their parking lot by 300m and turn left at the sign for the club.

that sounds like fun. Definatly too much of a haul for me- just did the reverse trip on Sunday- but I hope you get some good participation.
