EGW 15 MOA Picatinny Mount for Remington 700 LA

Tried to order a EGW 15 moa Picatinny Mount from optics planet and it was indicated that due to the retarded export restrictions they could not ship.
Is anyone aware of a Canadian dealer for the EGW mounts?
Yes I know I could get a NF, Badger, etc but for the price difference I would rather stick with the EGW and use the left over for more goodies.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Does it have to be egw? Mystic precision carries a cheaper mount that is $45.

Prophet only has 20 moa
Does Brownells ship these so called "tactical" units to Canada
Can't seem to find anything but Farrell on Mystics wesite
Would like to shop Canadian but no-one I can find carries a 10 - 15 moa base under 100...

I have Farrell 1pc 20 MOA steel base instock. This has slots at either end but the middle has his logo. $115 also
