EGW barrel bushings in Canada

I just contacted EGW regarding a custom barrel bushing and received a very short response , here it is
"Hello
we can not send 1911 parts outside the US
thank you
geo"

So is there a source for such bushings in Canada or is there an importer for EGW bushings ?

The custom EWG bushings for the 1911 are great.

I got one shipped to me from them few years back, I guess they have changed their policy.

Thanks but I should have mentioned I need one for a nominal .500" (actual .498") 9mm barrel. I would prefer a custom fit bushing but I might have to go to a fusion match bushing when they come back in stock.

I have one ordered from Freedom Ventures, been just over a month. Was glad I asked them if they could special order them, Devon has been a great help.

Mine is for my 9mm 1911, .699" O/D .497 I/D. Total price at the time I ordered was $65.53 with taxes shipped.

Fast update, I got the quote from Freedom Ventures ( Devon) for $61 delivered so its ordered, now to wait for the delivery in 6 weeks or so.
