The sleeve is a spacer that goes around one of the screws. There will be others, probably stuck in the stock.
Why do you need to adjust the gas setting? If it ain't broke... Proper steel tools are available.
The grease is keeping the trigger mechanism from working smoothly. Soaking in a solvent should make a difference.

As above. Try it first, after degreasing the trigger mech

Degrease it, lube it, then try it. If it doesn't work you know where to start. And if it does work......

Well i fixed the trigger issue. Last thing is the tight as hell gas plug. Does anywhere know where to source out an hakim adjustment tool? Or Possibly borrow one?

And fixed it. Let it be known to hakim owners. If your gas plug is being a bastard. E11 female torx bit will work.
