Eight new IPSC shooters in Prince George :)

Last weekend's Black Badge course at our new 800 acre Blackwater Range produced 8 new enthusiastic shooters! This one included 3 Juniors and three ladies, something I particularly applaud. We need new blood in this sport, especially Juniors. We'd love to host the Nationals at this range in about 5 years and these new shooters are something we need for that Clarence, Shelldon , Jean and I were there instructing and I feel that gave all of them a friendlier, almost one-on-one opportunity to advance at their own pace. We split them up into two groups for the afternoon, and that was excellent!

Gunnar, have you told them about the amount of work that goes into building and tearing down stages...and that they will be expected to help out at both ends of any given match?

I've noticed that some people will do the math and realize it's tens of hours of work for a few minutes of actual shooting. Worth it to me, but not everyone's cup of tea.
